SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All the orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing. (Monday - Friday). Your order tracking details will be shared with the registered email. Once the order is shipped, allow at least 2-6 days for delivery. The delivery time may vary depending on the area pin-code and regions.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales are final from our end. We do not accept returns. Your order can be exchanged within 24-48 hours from the delivery date.
- Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue. One of some steps includes a quality check by the team & we reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged/without tags.
- Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, you will be offered a store credit/product exchange. Store credit comes with a validity of 50 days.
- We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.
- Exchange charges are ₹ 150. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.
- Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
- In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier center. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
- Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be exchanged.
